An amazing stay for me and my fiancé to get married. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our special Positive: perfect location to get to anything in pensacola in 10 mins. individual houses for all of our friends and family to have our own space.

Be aware that the porch light is VERY bright...to the point where I woke up at 4am and thought it was daylight. I definitely recommend a sleep mask if lights bother you at all. Also, the only sink is in the bathroom, so I guess that would be where you'd wash dishes?The unit and small neighborhood were fine and felt reasonably safe; however, I didn't realize or had overlooked the fact that it was a tiny community in a very rough part of town. They did their best to reassure me when I expressed my concerns, and the property manager went out of her way to try to help. When I opted to move out early because of safety concerns, they were kind enough to give me a partial refund (even though the trip was nonrefundable). I'm thankful that they didn't make a big fuss about it, and they have TONS of lighting, as well as gates that closed off the community at night, to truly deter any suspicious activity. For many people, I'm sure it would be fine. But I personally didn't feel comfortable.

I had a great experience other than what was discussed. Thank you guys a lot for making me feel welcome and accommodating me at such a short notice. I felt safe with the lighting of the area, cameras, and gate. Definitely will be back. I really appreciate everything Noah!
