We want to be upfront, this neighborhood is not the greatest, and it may not match everyone's expectations. With that said, we want to reassure you that we have never had any safety concerns within the property itself .The unit is secure, and many guests have enjoyed comfortable and peaceful stays. We recommend reviewing the location in advance to make sure it’s the right fit for you.

Please be advised that due to Florida’s warm and humid climate, the presence of insects is common and often unavoidable, even with regular pest control. Guests may encounter seasonal insects such as wolf spiders, palmetto bugs, flying termites, flies, ants, mosquitoes, cicadas, wasps, hornets, and various types of bees. We take preventative measures, but a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.

Unit 18 — Bright Clean Studio

The area is bad, but the owner is up front about that so I can’t be mad about it. It was one of the cheapest options for the city and the place was clean and the ac worked very well. It was quiet at night and the amenities did their job. Only complaint is the water in the shower didn’t drain well and the blankets are on the thin side. 
Over all, a good deal for the price.

The property was nice, clean, and well-kept. It felt secure and was a comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was not the best, but the property itself was great. The drive to the beach was not bad. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

I really enjoyed the space, it was a decent walking distance from places to grab some groceries and what not. The only problem I had was with our late check out, we got approved but the cleaners still did try to come in
